Legal Assistant
“Injustice anywhere is a threat to Justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.” —Martin Luther King Jr.

Rhanda is the Firm’s Legal Assistant Receptionist who commenced her tenure with MOON ROZIER LPC in 2018. With a long history as performer and owner in Toronto’s arts industry and theatre profession Rhanda is an Honourary Graduate of Sheridan College’s paralegal program and the 2016 recipient of the Patricia Knight Award; awarded to students representing high academic achievement and promise in litigation.
Rhanda’s compassion, empathy and understanding of the human condition sparked a passion within criminal law prompting her decision to target a career as the administrative support pillar of a strong criminal defence firm landed her at the door of MOON ROZIER LPC.

COVID-19 Notice

Due to the rapid onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ontario, MOON ROZIER LPC has adjusted its mode of operations so as to keep all counsel and staff safe, while at the same time, provide the necessary services that our clientele have come to expect from us. To that end:

  1. While the Chambers is closed to visitors, because we are an ‘essential workplace’ as defined by the Government of Ontario, the Firm is still operative.
  2. Collect calls from Detention Centres or other custodial institutions from current or new clients will still be accepted at the rate of one (1) per day per client.
  3. There will be at least one lawyer present each business day at the Chambers between the hours of 9:00AM – 4:00PM, to whom any current or new client may speak with.
  4. After hours, the office line will be forwarded to a Senior counsel, who again, will accept collect calls from current and new clients.
  5. While both the Superior Court and the Ontario Court have suspended most operations, they are still open to conduct bail hearings and bail reviews. MOON ROZIER will have counsel available to conduct such proceedings so as to secure the liberty of any and all of our clients whenever possible.
