COVID-19 Notice

Due to the rapid onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ontario, MOON ROZIER LPC has adjusted its mode of operations so as to keep all counsel and staff safe, while at the same time, provide the necessary services that our clientele have come to expect from us. To that end:

  1. While the Chambers is closed to visitors, because we are an ‘essential workplace’ as defined by the Government of Ontario, the Firm is still operative.
  2. Collect calls from Detention Centres or other custodial institutions from current or new clients will still be accepted at the rate of one (1) per day per client.
  3. There will be at least one lawyer present each business day at the Chambers between the hours of 9:00AM – 4:00PM, to whom any current or new client may speak with.
  4. After hours, the office line will be forwarded to a Senior counsel, who again, will accept collect calls from current and new clients.
  5. While both the Superior Court and the Ontario Court have suspended most operations, they are still open to conduct bail hearings and bail reviews. MOON ROZIER will have counsel available to conduct such proceedings so as to secure the liberty of any and all of our clients whenever possible.
